Eligibility Requirements
- 18 years of age and older
- Need supportive housing
- Demonstrates the ability to manage Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), independently
- Able to function in a non-smoking, substance-free, structured communal-living environment
- Verifiable, consistent source of income (SSI/SSDI, Veteran benefits, pensions, verified income with a program/partner source, or private pay)
- Willing to actively participate in life skills development, employment readiness, and recommended supportive services
- Agrees to follow all house rules, maintains cleanliness of shared spaces, and respects the rights and privacy of other residents, home owners, management, and procured service workers
- Does not require 24-hour supervision, medical care, or medication administration

Resident Responsibilities
To ensure our home gives you comfort, we expect all residents to:
- Maintain the cleanliness of all common and shared areas (bathroom, kitchen, living room, bedroom)
- Refrain from bringing visitors inside the home (loading/unloading only)
- Practice House Rules (provided at Intake)
- Provide your own personal hygiene products, laundry detergent, and groceries
- Smoke only in outside designated areas; no smoking in the home
How to Pay
Payment for our services is accepted through:
- SSI/SSDI benefits
- Veteran Administration compensation
- Pension
- Railroad SSDI pensions
- Verified income with a program/partner source
- Private pay
Payments accepted via ACH withdrawal or check. No cash collected.
